Welcome to our beautiful home in amenity rich Ocean View Beach Club, 5 minutes away from Bethany Beach. Our home has everything you need for a place to relax after a long day at the beach. Bring the whole family and enjoy time together and make memories that will last forever.

*We are still adding the final touches to our home so please stay tuned!*

As you enter, relax - you are finally at the the beach! You will see an office to your right, as a fully designated space if you need to bring work with you. Enter the main first floor area where you will find a fully equipped kitchen, beautiful dining area and a well designed living space embodying modern coastal vibes. There is a half bathroom on the first floor as well.

Now let's head over to our bedrooms! With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, you will have the space to feel your most comfortable. All 5 bedrooms have everything you need to get a good night's rest. Our furniture is all brand new with very comfortable gel foam mattresses. Master bedroom is on the first floor with a king bed, tv and en suite.

Now let's head on upstairs where you will find our 2nd floor large living space. With a big screen tv and dream like sofa, you can really unwind and have the room to play or relax. Bring a book and take a seat in the egg chair looking out the window and sipping on a cup of tea.

There are 4 bedrooms upstairs. The "kids corner" consists of one bedroom with two twin beds and another bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, which makes it so much more fun for a kids' sleepover. One full bathroom for these two bedrooms to share.

The other side consists of two bedrooms, each designed with very comfortable Queen sized mattresses and neutral, coastal tones - creating peaceful spaces. One full bathroom for these two bedrooms to share.

The community is a wonderful place to enjoy a family vacation. The pool opens Memorial Day weekend and stays open until around October. The beach shuttle runs from Friday-Sunday (including Monday holidays). The club room has a full service gym, steam room, sauna, massage upon request (for a paid fee) and classes as well! Outside, there is a basketball court, tennis and pickle-ball. There are plenty of social events during the year. Feel free to bring your bikes and enjoy the community and local trails. Make sure to check out all the wonderful restaurants as well. Our home has a guidebook that we have compiled with our favorite places to eat and things to do!

There is a resort fee of $35 per person for the entire week (ages 6 and under are free) to use the amenities. Payment must be rendered directly at the Clubhouse by credit card upon arrival. Linens are available for an additional fee, otherwise feel free to bring your own or conveniently rent from SheetsAtTheBeach.com

Once booking is confirmed, we will send you a rental agreement of property and HOA rules and info, which must be signed

Such a beautiful house! Anjali is an excellent host and made us feel right at home. The house was super clean and came with everything we needed to feel like we were both at home and on vacation at the same time. There were great restaurants all around and the beach was just a short bike away. Love this place and will definitely book again!

Great Vacation Home

We were pleased by the size and beautiful decor of the home. It was clean and not too far from the beach. We also used the pool and fitness room. I wish I could give 10 stars for "communication with property manager"(Anjali, the owner). She went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of answering a ton of questions pre and post booking and always responding quickly. I was so impressed.

This house is perfect for a family beach getaway! Our group was six adults and four kids, ages 3-6. The kids enjoyed playing foosball and sleeping in the bunk beds. We all enjoyed watching movies in the upstairs family room and swimming at the community pool. There's a ping pong table in the garage for those who like to play. I was relieved there weren't a lot of breakable things about and pleasantly surprised to find supplies such as dishwasher detergent and soaps included. The kitchen had just about every tool and dish I needed. Anjali answered every inquiry very quickly. It was a great vacation!

Home away from Home!

We had a fantastic stay at Anjali's house! The house was so cozy and comfortable! We were 6 adults and 5 kids ranging from baby to 5 years old, and the house fit us very comfortably. Loved both the upstairs and downstairs common spaces and the enormous pantry for all our snacks. There was also shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in most of the showers, which was a nice touch! The neighborhood was very quiet, which was perfect for us, and the community pool at the clubhouse was awesome! The kids LOVED the pool! The house was spotless - we really enjoyed our stay here!! Anjali was also super communicative and answered all the questions we had prior to arriving as well as any we had while we were there. Easy drive to the beaches and up to Rehoboth or Ocean City and to exploring places around Bethany!

We visited Bethany Beach a few years ago for the very first time. The minute we arrived, we instantly fell in love with everything the area offers. Peace and quiet, amazing food, nice people and very chill vibes. It took us a few years but we finally got our little slice of heaven in Ocean View, DE and could not be more thrilled. We hope you fall in love with our listing and book with us!

What makes this property unique

Our favorite thing about this home has to be the space! Living in NYC, we truly appreciate space and are really enjoying it. We also LOVE the community! Being that we are 5 min from the beach, in one of the area's newest communities, we are very fortunate to call this place home.
