This a beautiful older home that has been renovated beautifully. The art deco decor was absolutely stunning. Very comfortable home with very nice amenities. Had everything included, the only things we needed to bring was food and clothes. The owners were fast with the communication, I highly recommend. House is working walking distance to alot of stores and restaurants.

Cute, close to many attractions, perfect for our family wedding weekend for out of town guests and some photo ops! Believe listing states sleeps 11, but really only sleeps 8 comfortably.

Thank you Leslie for your kind review of our home. So glad you enjoyed the town of Washington while you were here. The house can sleep up to 11 because in addition to the 3 bedrooms and the pull out couch we also have a thick queen foldable mattress that can be placed in the dining room if needed. We also have a comfortable cot, a toddler bed, and a portable crib in an upstairs closet. It may be a tight fit but some families love it and our home becomes an economical option for large groups because we do not charge extra per person. Just one price no matter how many people stay at the house (up to max if 11). Thank you for comment so I could clarify our sleeping arrangements for large groups for any future guests. We would live for your group to stay with us again any time!

Our hosts did outstanding work with the property. It’s beautifully designed with comfortable, classy art and furniture that fits this historic home. The appliances are modern and in great condition. I was so happy to see excellent quality cookware and utensils because we enjoy cooking while at VRBOs. The house is very clean with high quality towels and bedding. The location of this house is ideal for walking to the train station and restaurants in historic Washington. We will rent this property again. Love it!

This house was very clean and nicely updated. Beds were comfortable. Towels were nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance that you would need and many spices, etc. if you want to prepare food there yourselves. We were close enough to walk to several restaurants and shops. We had a very nice time and I would highly recommend it for anyone stopping in Washington! :)

We had a wedding in the area and it was a perfect place to stay! We had our fur babies and it was nice to be able to bring them also! It was beautiful, clean, very equipped with all you need. Very close to walk in the downtown area and to the riverfront. It was very comfortable!

Charming Stay in Washington

My husband and I rented this home and absolutely loved it. The home was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for being so close to town. The home was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and more! It had everything we needed and the property owner was very kind and responsive. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Washington!

Senior Ladies Play Date

The home was perfect for us. It was comfortable and well stocked. The Four of us had plenty of privacy and several areas to sit together for cocktails and conversation. The area was close to restaurants and entertainment, but private and safe. We loved staying there for three nights!!

Group wine trip

House was very cute & good location to things around. There was some confusion with the bed situation as VRBO lists 4 bedrooms but there is only 3. There was a queen mattress and a pull out couch so we figured it out. I would stay here again for sure!
