Lancaster stay
The location was great. The small unit had little kitchen/ combo room on 1st floor which was very cold despite the tiny space heater provided. It wasn’t comfortable to hang and watch TV. The bed was comfortable on 2nd floor and it was warm upstairs. It just wasn’t particularly well appointed.
Ceiling fan in bedroom needs tax
Makes loud noise
No outlet in bathroom
Couch/bed in downstairs is not comfortable to sit on
Need end table and lamp downstairs
All in all good stay and would stay again

We appreciate your feedback George, and we will share this information with the owner.
I enjoyed my stay in Lancaster and at the Addams House. It was easy to find and within walking distance of everything I needed. I found a supermarket that had what I would need for the week and a couple of great restaurants about a five minute walk from the apt. It was clean and had all the necessary items. Plenty of towels and the bed was comfortable even though it had a very loud squeaky mattress. The TV took some getting used to and an instruction page would have been helpful but after being out in the sun all day it really didn’t matter. Check in was easy as was checkout. I would recommend this accommodation.

Thanks for staying with us - it was a pleasure hosting you!
I had a really nice 3 day stay at the Addams House. It was extremely clean, nice location, the property manager, Vincent, was communicative about the check in process and other details. There were a few things that could be improved for future guests that I’ll mention here. The bathroom is updated and looks very nice! However, there are no outlets in the one bathroom at all. The shower lever was very hard to figure out as far as which way to turn for hot water. There were enough towels, but no wash cloths. The upstairs has a porch which is very nice! It would be even nicer to have 2 chairs instead of just 1 and maybe even a small table. The kitchen has everything one could need as far as appliances. The plug in stove top was a bit hard to figure out and I couldn’t use two burners at top temperature at the same time, so I had to resort to using one at a time. There were a couple of kitchen towels, but it would be great to have a few more, plus pot holders, and a few more serving utensils available. As far as privacy, I could hear the residents beside me and even a dog that occasionally would bark, seemed to be directly on the other side of the door in the front. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Addams House. I think a few extra details could make this even more enjoyable for future guests.
