Another nice option with the BSM community is you can pick and choose what you would like to pay for and join. You can separately purchase a Fitness, Racquet, Pool Club membership, dog park membership, and there’s also a 27 hole Golf Course and pro-shop. Miles of walking & jogging paths run throughout the community and along the water. Additionally, BSM is a golf cart friendly, and Vista Del Sol does offer limited golf cart parking to residents. If you want a bite to eat, the two restaurants in the community, Cass Cay and The Trading Post, are steps away. They have wonderful live bands, game nights, and more. All utilities and internet are included in the rental price. The unit also has a stackable washer and dryer. Parking space for one car is also included.
