Nice Place!

Great location, modern look and furnishings, owner super responsive. There were a lot of ants in the kitchen, probably due to recent rain. Not a huge deal, just had to be aware of food storage.

Facility was dirty and ant infested, including the shower, bedding, and kitchen area. We took photos and a video and advised our contact that we did not stay. We were in the house for 2 1/2 hours before leaving.

Getting into property was good, location was good. Unfortunately, the neighbors dog barked day and night. Some of the outlets didn’t work, which we needed for charging phones. I have always had a notebook or manual to help navigate properties rented in the past. Since we aren’t tech savvy, we had never seen the type of thermostat and didn’t know how to operate it. The owners were quick to respond. We were at the property 2 days before we saw the QR code for internet.
