Perfect for families, the dock and swim platform are easily accessible down a gently sloping sidewalk a mere three steps off the deck. Our private cove is perfect for fishing or taking out a kayak. The home is easy to find- just minutes from Duncan Bridge Marina, 20 min from Jasper and 45 min from Cullman.

Perfect Family Spot

Property was well furnished and clean. We had an awesome time just hanging out in the cove. It was an easy drive to the grocery store. The manager was great to work with and very responsive.

Cozy and convenient

First off, Sarah was a phenomenal hostess. It’s great when you have any host that cares. She definitely wanted to ensure her guests were comfortable. Second, the house was nice a cozy. The master bed was very comfortable. Some window treatments in the two guest bedrooms would be great to ward off morning sun, but the kids didn’t mind. You’ll be with kayaking distance of Duncan Bridge but nestled in a nice little cover with plenty of water toys. Highly recommend for a convenient getaway!!

Perfect pocket on Smith

We travel a lot, so to find a VRBO like the "old VRBO days" was SOOO nice. Homeowner stayed in touch, not an agency. Basic necessities being stocked upon arrival is always so hopeful when traveling with kids (paper napkins, TP, trash bags, etc.) and they had these and more! Especially the availability of the leisure items! I could not rave enough. My family of five (kids 3, 5, 8) couldn't have picked a better spot.
