This villa features full living room space with flat screen TV, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 1 downstairs half bathroom. 2nd level has two bedrooms, each with private bath, terrace . One bedroom overlooks the lagoon that has 1 twin bed + 1 Double size deb with a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on the 2nd level has a queen bed with a terrace that overlooks the beautiful aqua blue/green water of the Caribbean and a private bathroom. From the 2nd level you go to the 3rd level where the master bedroom overlooks both the Caribbean and the Lagoon. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV and large master bathroom with walk in shower. The villa includes two private parking space, 24-hour a day security, washer and dryer, 2 flat screen TV's, WIFI, and Air conditioning in each room operated independently for your personal comfort . Miriam, our on-site property manager, will meet you the day you arrive and help you with any questions you have. This villa has 2,700 square feet of living space for your enjoyment with friends and/or family and only 50 steps to the pool and 100 steps to the beach.
Villa Nizuc is located on the South End of the Hotel Zone. We are conveniently located near many wonderful restaurants, two golf courses, a walking path for morning walks, snorkeling just a short walk down the beach and several convenient stores and grocery stores.
Our villa is perfect for family gatherings, friends that gather for fun in the sun and want to stay in a home atmosphere and not a hotel with crowds of people.
We have available a private chef for optional services and One maid service included per week with fresh towels.
