The Back Woods Cabin has a charming, cozy interior with prim decor.
Spend your time relaxing on the porch enjoying the serenity of the woods or relaxing in the hot tub. At night sit around the fire roasting hot dogs & making smores. In the morning sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee and watch for wildlife.
The private cabin is perfect for a romantic getaway, honeymoon or anniversary trip. So leave your troubles behind and come make memories & enjoy a quiet, peaceful time at this retreat that is off the beaten path. Our cabin has all the amenities you need to relax and enjoy your time in the mountains. You will feel at home with the comfy bed & the kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need including coffee & a coffee pot. The living room includes a comfortable sofa & flat screen Dish tv.
Located off Edwards Road just minutes from town & restaurants. If you are planning a fun, relaxing getaway The Back Woods Cabin is the cabin for you!
The cabin has a furnace & A/C to keep you warm in the winter & cool in the summer.

The cabin was perfect! The pictures don’t do it justice! It was spotless and was well stocked with everything I needed. My 2 Golden Retrievers loved it too and enjoyed exploring the yard and relaxing on the porch with me. I needed a peaceful, relaxing getaway with Sunny and Higbee and that’s exactly what I got! I already made my reservation for us to come back this summer!! Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful cabin in the woods !!!!

The cabin on the lake is our favorite places to go. The atmosphere is very nice and they even sprinkled some holiday magic. We love the fireplace. You just have to supply your own logs ect. The jacuzzi was amazing for these achy bones. Walking around the lake many times with our golden retriever was always a delight.

We both love old log cabins & peaceful settings.
It had been a dream of ours to restore a old log cabin.
We built this cabin to rent out & share with others.
The cabin was orginally from Manhiem. We numbered the logs tore it down & moved them to this property. My husband & son built the cabin & set it back up. Every minute of spare time they had they worked on it. It took around 1 year to complete. We would love you to come & stay!

This is an wonderful place to enjoy the woods and nature. It is peaceful & secluded. It is a serene place for a restored old log cabin.

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the solitude & wildlife while staying at the cabin. It is a great place to unwind! Enjoy sitting on the rocking chairs on the front porch overlooking the pond. Listen to the birds, watch for the deer, in the spring listen to the peepers.
