You can walk to Kru and a local park. You have a Back deck and Patio with table. The fully fenced backyard is quiet and welcoming. You’ll love it and so will your pets! So much space in the backyard.

Capitol Heights is an urban neighborhood with charming mature trees, sidewalks, and eclectic homes. Many of the homes were built in the 1920s & 1930s. You have two parks near by: Vickers Park (walking park) and Louis Armstrong Park (play equipment).

Plus the locals bar: Kru. You are a 2-5 minute drive from Downtown, and central to many other locations like Cloverdale, Maxwell Air force Base, Crampton Bowl, Huntingdon College and ASU.
Parking is super easy in the driveway. Right in front of the house. You can park up to two cars. If you need street parking as well, there is usually ample parking on the street (no meters and no permits needed).
The space has a western boutique hotel feel. It's fun, functional, and a little prickly, note there are a few cacti! :)

In the main bedroom, you have a King Bed with a new mattress. It is covered with encasement technology to minimize allergies. It has a dresser, closet, and luggage rack. There is a 32" TV with roku and access to any of the streaming services you would like, just sign in.

In the second bedroom, a new Queen mattress with encasement technology. It has a luggage rack, dresser, and closet for your storage needs. It is a bright and sunny room, so welcoming.

Hang outside: there is a covered front porch with porch swing or a private back deck with dining area that overlooks the back yard.

You'll find all white linens: sheets and towels.

As well travel essentials: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, Keurig, pods, and dish soap.

Renovated kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, electric stove, Keurig coffee maker & pods, salt, pepper, and Olive Oil. It is set up with 6 place settings, a fry pan, sauce pan, colander, wine opener, spatula, dish towel, and Keurig with coffee pods.

There are two work / eating areas: The dining room table which can seat up to 4 people or the kitchen table that can seat 2 people.

The Living Room has a black leather couch and leather chair, with a 43" TV with roku.

The Laundry Room is large and no cost to guest.

We do allow dogs only, there is a $65 fee per pet up to three dogs. We do not allow anymore than 3.

The home has been fully set up to offer a wonderful airbnb stay to each guest.
You can walk to local parks (Vicker Park is right around the corner) and Kru (a local bar), but I would suggest having access to a car. Either your car, a rental, or an Uber or Lyft.
