This host never sent check-in info after numerous attempts by me to contact him. He didn't answer Vrbo's 2 attempts to call him, nor did he respond to their messages. Then suddenly he canceled my reservation stating due to minimum age. Well I'm 59 and my wife is 55, which he knew because I told him at the time of booking. So we were left high and dry in Cleveland at midnight with nowhere to stay. Vrbo was great, they refunded my booking fee's immediately and even agred to cover the difference of a new place to stay up to 100% of my original booking fee. Vrbo was GREAT, but DO NOT STAY HERE OR BOOK WITH THIS HOST!!!!He will screw you!!!
