This spacious one acre home with 3 bedroom 2 baths features a fire place, full kitchen, open floor plan and a very comfortable front and back deck with patio furniture, smoker and grill creating an ideal space to gather with friends and family. Enjoy world renowned fishing on the San Juan River quality waters, taste test at the wines of the San Juan or a day trip to the nearby towns around the area.
