GREAT LOCATION to fish the San Juan.
So Very Nice
This was the most comfortable place we have ever stayed on the San Juan. Rod has thought of everything. Bright and welcoming, handsomely decorated. The beds are great, plenty of room, the kitchen is outfitted with everything you need (utensils, coffee, tea, spices), large refridgerator, and table area for dining. The weather turned cold on us, so we missed out on enjoyong the spacious deck area. We hope to stay there many times in the future.
Home is in a great location, great views, and well equipped
The host were also very responsive, we’ll be coming here again for sure!
Great San Juan overlook!
This property is very well-equipped--especially the kitchen. It is spacious and the deck overlooking the San Juan would be particularly nice in the summer months. We saw a doe and 2 fawns crossing the river, countless geese and ducks, an osprey, and (although we didn't see it in person) signs that a skunk or raccoon visited the driveway frequently during nighttime hours. The owners were especially responsive to our questions and one request for help with the TV. Oodles of towels were provided, as well as lots of magazines and literature about the local area. Unlike most, we were there not to fish but to explore ruins and local geologic sites. It was a great visit and it was nice to have such a comfortable home to return to at the end of the day.
Awesome River Property
House was spacious and comfortable. It's location is conveniently located on the San Juan River and virtually minutes to all the hot fishing spots. Will definitely stay again this Summer.
Only drawback was the internet which was very sporadic at best. however spoke to the owner who told us that a new internet provider would be functional very soon.
All in all a great place to stay. Fishing in comfort!
San Juan River Trip
Great location and the amenities were perfect. Will use again in the future!!
The home is located were you have access to many joyful ventures that only take a day. Their are Indian ruins to wonder through and the Durango railroad to ride on old steam trains to golfing in Farmington on the nice courses that await your there. There is so much to see and do in the Four Corners area that we suggest the internet for your personal interests in the our area.
