Awesome! Just Awesome!

  • 5 of 5

Every year a group of us come up to the San Juan for a week of fishing and fellowship. This was our third stay at Rodney's house and it is always perfect.

The location is right in the middle of the local fly shops and restaurants in Navajo Dam. You could really walk to it all. There is the river, right out back, but we rarely fish there. We normally go up to the quality waters. The house has everything and Rodney is always a pleasure to work with. Every year we talk about using the fire pit and the grill and have yet to do it. Always to tired from a long day fishing.

Maybe next year. We really do love this place.

Thanks Rodney for another great year!

Great house and owner

  • 5 of 5

We have stayed at this house a couple times now and the owner and the house have always been great. Very comfortable and clean.

On our last stay, the owner had added a couple roll away beds which is a nice touch. The pull out couch in one of the TV rooms is about as comfortable as you expect but, we brough an air mattress to put on it this year and it was perfect.

The washer & dryer make returning from a fishing trip much nicer! Direct TV and Verizon Wifi are nice touches too.

Walk able to fly shops, the 2 restaurants/bars

Will absolutely come back!

Comfortable House

  • 5 of 5

This is a really comfortable place to stay when fishing the San Juan below Navajo Dam. Clean, well stocked will all essentials, and right on the river. This is a remote area with limited cell service (for ATT), and slow internet connections. Otherwise, a great place, especially for the fishing -- which is what this area is all about.

Beautiful View Cabin on San Juan River!

  • 4 of 5

We enjoyed a wonderful early fall weekend at this cabin on the river. Very well kept up, clean, nice grill, all the kitchen items you need. Had several campfires to enjoy the cool nights & beauitul moon. The views from the deck are fabulous! The gas fireplace in the living room warmed us up every cool morning. We enjoyed our days on the lake with a pontoon boat, & our evenings cooking together with friends. If it had a hot tub...it would be most excellent! We will be back!
