Welcome to our charming historic home in Louisville's Crescent Hill neighborhood! This newly renovated 1,000 sq ft 1-bedroom, 1-bath is located on the second floor (stairs required to enter) and offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm.

The prime location puts you in the heart of Crescent Hill, with an array of restaurants, clothing shops, and coffee shops all within walking distance. Explore the vibrant neighborhood and immerse yourself in its charming atmosphere.

Our centrally located VRBO is just a short drive away from downtown Louisville, NuLu, The Highlands, the Convention Center, Cherokee Park, the airport, and Churchill Downs. Enjoy the convenience of being close to all the major attractions and landmarks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Louisville. This apartment was clean and easy to access and had that old house feel that I adore. Parking behind the building was a breeze and Kristin was quick with communication. We will definitely stay here again!

The upstairs apartment was very nice, clean, comfy bed, plenty of parking in the back, and we especially liked all the little shops within walking distance that had cute clothes, beauty and barbershops as well as good food

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place was exactly as described, and well stocked with essentials. The bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows were provided. There were cute shops and restaurants within walking distance, and the drive to downtown was quick and easy. Our host was very communicative and provided an early check-in which lined up perfectly with our arrival. The AC kept up even during extreme heat warnings. We appreciated the designated parking area and access to streaming programs. Thank you for a wonderful weekend in Louisville!

The space was as advertised and served our purposes very well, which was to have a little family time over the 4th of July holiday. It was a very small space, but comfy. Easy enough to find and we had a good time. Just so happened a celebration and fireworks were a short walk down the road. Good time!

Location can’t be beat! Such a cute neighborhood! Host was very responsive, bed was very comfortable. Everything was nice and clean. The only negative is the shower is very small!

We came from out of state for a volleyball tournament and found the location very easy and accessible to everything. The house is older but has been nicely redone and was very clean with everything we needed. I also liked how you would see people walking their dogs around the area every morning.

I had a wonderful weeklong stay. The property was charming, clean, and very comfortable — especially the bed. The neighborhood felt safe and was perfect for walking, with plenty of shops and restaurants just steps away. Everything was just as described, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Unit was close to downtown, but far enough that we did not have the noise at night. Area was wonderful with a bunch of local restaurants. Try Burger Girl when you are there.

Very comfortable place to stay

We came for our 24th anniversary getaway and it was a very nice place to stay. Very easy to get to anywhere you wanted to go. Would stay here again if we ever are going to be in town again.

This was a great place to stay. The neighborhood felt safe and within walking distance to great restaurants! I was in town for a yoga workshop and it was only a 5 minute drive! The host was very responsive and the listing is exactly how I imagined! If I attend another event in Louisville I will most definitely stay here!!

We found the Kroger supermarket across the train tracks. The area was lush, green and quiet. We visited the Colonel Sanders memorial 2 miles away. Coming from California we appreciated the clouds and light rain the days we were there.We enjoyed our time there!

Enjoyed our stay

We were pleased with how beautiful this space was. We appreciated how they modernized and old home. We had all needed amenities and space was very clean. Communication was spot on. Wil definitely be staying here again next year.
