Downtown Condo (kid friendly)

Welcome to our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom condo in downtown Raleigh! We are a 5 min walk from some of Raleighs’s best bars and restaurants (Crawford & Sons, Jolie, Oakwood Pizza Box, William & Company) and 2 minute walk to Merrimon Wynne and Tuck House as well as two breweries, a wine shop, a bakery, an ice cream shop, and more right here on North Person street. We are a five minute walk to the governors mansion and all executive buildings, ten minute walk to the heart and center of downtown, and nearby everything one needs for comfortable city living while still having a lovely neighborhood feel.

This condo is on the third and fourth floor of a four story duplex where you enter through a private entrance through the front or through the attached garage. Our first floor is open and bright with designated play areas, 2 built in work stations, a half-bath, a dining room and kitchen and a balcony with seating that overlooks a gorgeous courtyard where we’ve hosted parties and hangouts.

The second floor of our condo has the three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary has a large walk in closet and an en suite bathroom. There is also a peloton bike that is free for your use and a peloton treadmill in the garage. There is a built in work station on this floor as well and the two other bedrooms with twin beds plus a trundle in one. Air mattress also provided.
