Picnic on the building's 2nd floor balcony as you watch boats pass below. Rent bikes and scooters on the street level and go to the tower, museums, the missions or riverboat to the Pearl! Are you getting married at the courthouse or cathedral? Don't forget to add your "love lock" to the Love Lock Bridge!

Wow. What a gem. The perfect location to cool off after exploring gorgeous San Antonio. Super comfy and feels like a perfectly integrated spot to stay to stay immersed in the 40s/vintage vibe of the surrounding area. Bed was comfy and everything was impeccably and thoughtfully maintained and decorated. I’ll definitely be back. Thanks Lauren!!!

Very clean, comfortable, attractive, and well-stocked studio apartment in a historic hotel building. Right on the Riverwalk. Parking was easy in the surface lot a few steps from the front door. Enough kitchen gear and tableware available to cook and eat small simple meals, especially breakfast. Fridge and microwave make it easy to take advantage of restaurant leftovers. Lauren was very friendly, responsive, and helpful in communications.Room was quiet and very comfortable--we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!

Very clean room so I can’t complain because that’s the most important part but if I had to think of things I wasn’t super happy about was the condition of the building itself. Very old, strange smells (all outside of room-the room itself was immaculate). It was a lot smaller than I had thought and there was a handful of homeless people laying in the street you have to walk by to get into the building. Being unfamiliar with the area, it made me feel a bit unsafe but all around pleasant experience communication wise and again, beautifully decorated. The bed was comfy and floors were clean and it worked perfect for the one night stay.

Fantastic spot! So many thoughtful details in this place. The owner has the place set up for comfort and a homey vibe. Lots of lovely details give a luxury feel. Im a fan of the historial space and how things have been preserved. Live plants and beautiful decor set this apartment aside. The location is stellar. Access to everything downtown within a short walk. We had a great time here!

What I enjoy most is the constant blend of old and new: historic sites that have stood since the city’s earliest days, paired with the energy of new experiences happening all around. It’s a place where guests can immerse themselves in everything San Antonio is known for.
