Magnificent historical flat-recently renovated!

177 m2 flat sleeps up to 8 on 7 actual beds (no sofa beds) in 5 rooms. Located in the center of the city down an impasse (no traffic) with a locked gate. Etage noble (first floor) of a private home. Locked garage available on ground level for a small car with connecting a laundry room (washer and dryer) all of which are accessible from within the apartment via a private internal staircase. Parking for larger cars in lots near by. Flat can be divided into two separate units as there are two entrances, separate bathroom facilities and 2 kitchens. 4+ meter high ceilings in reception rooms. Perfect for families or friends traveling together. Both large double beds can be separated into twins on advance notice. A perfect place from which to explore the rest of Provence. Avignon has many restaurants, museums, theatres, and coffee houses. A renowned theatre festival in July brings many people here for a unique experience. Groceries and pharmacies within a few minutes walk. English and French spoken.
