You can bring your boat or rent a boat/Sea Doo. Access to 2 paddle boards. Bikers; the Dakota Rail Trail is 2blks away. There is no shortage of nearby restaurant, several within walking distance. Whether your staying winter or summer this house has it. Winter: Snowmobiling, Skiing out the front door.
