I had a good 12-night stay here. It was within walking distance of Walmart, which was nice. I wish there were an oven and the ground floor was noisy at times, but staff were friendly and the room was comfortable.

Check in and on site staff were very kind. During our stay, we had a scare due to a potential bug siting. The onsite manager, Sam, was incredible and supported our needs. Though the finding was unconfirmed, the manager Sam fully supported us and our fears. I would visit again purely because of the staff and their kindness.

False advertisement on the site. Showed it had a water amusement park to enjoy. I get to locations so they tell me oh that’s out other location in Warren. I said another and showed her on my phone the amenities and still said it’s the other property. Reached out to the host no communication just a statement of we a researching. It’s been over 2 was no resolution. I paid for the room based on its amenities they I don’t even experience. Came in town for my nephew graduation thinking I would have him come over for a swim and the park and it was nothing. Pure disappointment. Towels were stained but location was in a fairly decent neighborhood. No resolution no repeat service for any location globally. Lack of communication no consideration of the purchasers time and money .
