Cozy and Quaint 1 Bedroom Home

This property offers a colorful and funky modern vibe with updated furniture and decorations. The home is located in Berkley Michigan. It is close to major cities (Birmingham, Detroit, Hazel Park etc.) and only a 30 minute drive to the airport. It is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood off of Woodward and only a 5 min drive to Beaumont !


We like to give our guest space to enjoy their stay. However, we are always available to guest when needed!

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Self-check in will be available through a lockbox. The lockbox code will be sent the morning of your stay. Please note, in order to get to the front door of this home you must walk up a flight of stairs. Shared Laundry is located in the basement of the building.


This apartment is part of a multifamily building. Other guests or tenants may be in the other apartments during your stay. There is free parking in the parking lot in the back of the building.

The good: plenty of parking, nice neighborhood close to Trader Joe’s, very quiet, laundry clean and well functioningThe bad: lack of response from the hosts on questions, very uncomfortable sofa, no AC and it was very hot our first night, and the hot plate doesnt work very wellThe ugly: poor maintenance on exterior. Steep steps up to the apartment in were in disrepair, bannister disconnected from the base

Nice unit but unsalted stairs made the trip up and down precarious at bestMissing a couple of minor amenities that would be game changers for cold weather stays.2 coat hooks at front door, a floor mat to wipe snowy feet and some towel bars!!!

Super cute and very comfortable. I stayed at this property for 9 weeks while traveling for work. Everything was provided for me. The laundry machines in the basement were very useful. The parking was great, right behind the house and the garbage receptacle was always taken care of weekly. One thing I would recommend is that I didn't have any control over the heating and once it was on, it was too hot. I had to open windows and turn on the fans (which were provided thankfully). I had to book another unit in the same house for my last 2 weeks here. I moved over to that unit yesterday, it is just as cute and comfortable. The neighborhood is a great place to walk around. It feels very safe.

Parking was easy and secure, the unit was clean and amenable the furniture was a bit uncomfortable for long periods of sitting, 1 hours. Unfortunately the Laundry machine is broke. I did one very small load and it couldn't complete the cycle. It left my cloths soaking wet and bound tightly around the agitating device. This incident required me to dry that unfinished load for 90 min. I was unable to do my second load of laundry and needed a laundromat to complete it. Luckily there is one near by.
