This charming, pet friendly cottage is located in Ellisville, less than 8 miles away from historic downtown Laurel. Our one bedroom cottage has a kitchenette with countertop appliances, coffee station, smart tv with cable, WiFi and washer and dryer. Relax on the new sleeper sofa and queen size memory foam mattress. With close proximity to the railroad, earplugs and a sound machine are also available for guests. Outdoors you will find a gas grill, a large backyard and plenty of parking space.

Cosy cottage!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your cottage. This host was prepared for everything! We had makeup wipes, ear plugs, snacks, and even a flashlight to use to take the pups out at night. Very comfy bed and adorable decor! Would def recommend!!

Noisy Cottage

Besides having a highway in the front and a railroad track in the back, the cottage was pretty nice. The grass could have been cut. My wife had to thoroughly clean the MOLD out of the Keurig coffee pot, so we can use it

Quiet?

We loved our visit to Laurel. As for the property and location, it is located between a highway and the railroad tracks which are right behind the cottage. We did have a need(the towels were damp and the dryer was broke) and contacted the host. The response was quick and the situation was taken care promptly.

Cozy/Pet Friendly but Noisy

Overall, this is a charming home with the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. However, the property is on a very busy highway, and it backs up to a railroad track, which is also very active. The host graciously provided earplugs. The "get directions" feature on the VRBO App directs you to downtown Ellisville, so make sure to look at the actual address before heading there. Unfortunately, the dryer was out of order when we arrived, which was not great since we packed light knowing we would have access to a washer/dryer. We had to take our clothes elsewhere to wash them, so that wasn't convenient.
