Casa Swell A is tucked away in the quiet K Section of Playa Guiones, just a short walk to Baker’s Beach—a peaceful spot at the southern end of Guiones. Enjoy the perfect balance of seclusion and convenience, with surf breaks, restaurants, and shops just minutes away.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Construction Notice: Ongoing construction in the neighborhood may cause noise during daytime hours.



Shared Amenities: The pool and laundry facilities are shared among all four Casa Swell units (A, B, C, and D).



More Space Available: For larger groups, Casa Swell C and D offer two-bedroom layouts on the same property.



LOCAL QUIRKS | WHAT TO EXPECT

Life in Nosara is relaxed and full of charm — but it comes with a few quirks! You may experience dust, bugs, or brief power, water, or internet outages. Construction noise is also possible between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. as the area continues to grow.

If reliable internet is essential, consider adding a mobile data plan. Please note that local septic systems don’t allow toilet paper to be flushed — bins are provided.

These are normal aspects of life in Costa Rica and outside our control, so refunds aren’t offered for such occurrences.

SAFETY & CANCELLATION

While we honor our cancellation policy, processing fees are non-refundable for guest-initiated cancellations.

Petty theft can occur, so please keep doors locked, valuables secured, and use alarms or security bars when available. A private guard can be arranged upon request.

Even with precautions, theft can happen. Rent Nosara, the homeowner, and the property manager cannot be held responsible for lost items.
