The unit is well furnished and equipped with Wi-Fi/ Internet and Cable. All the appliances are updated. St. Nicole has many amenities including exercise room, media room,swimming pool, hot tub and private beach access. Beach access with Guest card is provided by tram to the beach, restuarants, canoeing and paddle boarding. St. Nicole is walking distance to the Waterside Shops where many upscale shops and restaurants are located. Nightly rate is $335 plus sale taxes .Additional $300 can be Foundation fee plus monthly fees of $150 for utilties and a one time cleaning fee of $200. Minimal rental time is (90) days/ three months. Additional rental months can be negotiated with owner. No pets or smoking allowed in the unit. Best suited for couples who want to spend a relaxing 3 month vacation in sunny and warm Naples, Florida enjoying gorgeous Gulf of Mexico views. Available January 1, 2025 for a minimum of 90 days.

Renter BEWARE! NOT rental ready! Numerous items broken, dirty, generally in extremely poor repair.

Old, tired dirty unit was not serviced prior to our arrival. Air, heat, dish washer, toilet, broken cabinets and drawers, refrigerator problems ETC! Owner uncooperative! Lack of basic household items .etc!!!!!!!!!
