We want to assure you that the property does feature Wi-Fi service, so this must have been an isolated technical issue with the network provider at that specific time. Bathroom Light Sensors: Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. We completely understand how frustrating and unsafe it must have been to be left in the dark while showering; we have already forwarded this report to our maintenance team to adjust the sensor settings and extend the timer for everyone's safety. Pool and Jacuzzi: We are thrilled that you enjoyed the pool. Regarding the heated water, we would like to clarify that our facilities do not include a jacuzzi, which is why we unfortunately do not have a heating system for that area.
