Chateau Sole 'es un sofisticado refugio de montaña que ofrece vistas espectaculares del rango de 10 millas y el campeonato de 27 hoyos de golf Jack Nicklaus. Situado en el prestigioso Highlands Barrio en el norte de Breckenridge convenientemente situado a 5 minutos de las tiendas, esquí y golf. Chateau Sole 'cuenta con cuatro dormitorios y cuatro y medio baños con chimeneas de gas 3 que complementan el hogar de muchas maneras. El Chateau Sole 'también tiene un garaje para tres coches calentado que se adjunta a la casa. Hay 3 pantallas planas de alta definición en el hogar con sonido envolvente, así como un sistema de sonido totalmente integrado construido en la casa. Esta será la casa de vacaciones tendrá que volver a año tras año.

La planta principal cuenta con gran salón con dos pisos altos ventanales mirando las amplias vistas de la gama de 10 millas, así como el Campeonato de Golf, contiguo está el comedor formal y sala de estar principal con una chimenea de piedra.

• Tres (3) noches de estadía mínima requerida durante las vacaciones..

Amazing location and property!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. The whole house was well equipped with everything you would need and it was spotless when we arrived. The location is awesome for getting around the Breck area and easy to access other mountains as well. Would easily recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing vacation in Breckenridge!

Wonderful Home!

This is a wonderful home that is easy to get to, beautiful, and clean with the majesty of God's creation out many of the windows. All the beds and sheets are very comfortable. The host provides nearly everything you need in every facet of the house and his response to any question is nearly immediate.

Oasis with a view

A well planned, well stocked beautiful home. The owner and managers were very responsive to our needs and problems. The neighborhood is located within an easy, quick drive to Breck. If we did not enjoy skiing so much, we would have sat and looked at the exquisite mountain view.

Just Perfect

Great location, near the public golf course. The proximity to everything made this location perfect. The house has great beds and pillows that we moved around for our comfort. Warm and cozy. The wrap around porch has views that change with the weather. The kitchen is well stocked and each bathroom has all you need. Very generous hosts. The grill guts do need to be changed but that’s an annual chore easy to complete. We’ve talked about booking again next year, so that is the biggest endorsement we can give.

Very nice house.

This house worked very well for our group of 8. Clean, nicely furnished and well stocked. Everything in good working order. The private road leading to the driveway (it is a short road) and driveway get plowed eventually but NOT first thing in the morning. So if snow is expected and you want to get out before the plow comes, be sure to have 4WD (or chains). We did have an exceptional amount of snowfall during our stay. It is also slightly uphill all the way out. We would definitely use this house again.

Our family stayed at this gorgeous home over the Christmas holidays. The home offers amazing views and has ample room with 4400 square feet. We arrived with fresh poinsettias and every amenity imaginable, including heated floors, garage and beds. The home is located on the golf course and at the end of a small street and directly across from a large tree filled lot that was excellent for the children to play in the snow! You feel selcuded and have unobstructed views, yet you are part of the Highlands primier neighborhood. It is approximately 8 minutes from all the shops and restaurants on Main Street and the gondola. It is 10-15 minutes from Frisco for tubing, dinner sleigh rides with Two Below, Walmart for grocery shopping and it is only 8 miles from dog sledding. The decks provide a great place to view the wildlife, views and great landscaping. David was quick to answer any questions and great to work with in renting the home. I would highly recommend staying at Chateau Sole and can't wait to come again next year for our family ski trip.

Holiday getaway

We were looking forward to a vacation to Breck in anticipation of COVID-19 settling down and having some fun, but that didn’t end up being the case with COVID19 still on the rise, especially in Summitt County. However Chateau Sole was as beautiful as advertised! The views from the kitchen and family room were breathtaking as were the views from the hot tub, especially after 10” of fresh snow blanketed the mountains during our stay! If you are looking to be in town and within walking distance to activities this is not the place for you but it is only a short 10 minute drive and this location was much better for our family looking to hike, relax, and make dinner back at the residence in the spacious kitchen. Our kids enjoyed the foosball table and game table in the basement while the adults enjoyed the game table upstairs allowing both the kids and adults plenty of space. We would definitely book this place again and are all ready talking about a return trip to Breckenridge in the summer!

And then it snowed!

If you like mountain homes - with sunrise views second to none - this is about as good as it gets. Skiing was fantastic made only better knowing that at the end of the day we were staying at a remarkable, very comfortable house. Trip R.

Fabulous time

The property was wonderful. Plenty of living space for all parties. We skied at Copper while my wife shopped at Breckenridge, Silverthorne, and Frisco. The owner was very responsive and the instructions provided were spot on - including the need for four wheel drive. The kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend staying here.

Great Mountain House

We had 6 adults and 6 kids stay at the property and it was a wonderful time. The views are amazing and we watched the sunset each night as the sky filled with beautiful orange and purple colors. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals. This is a great rental for anyone who desires some time in the mountains.

Perfect place for large families

We loved our stay. We had 3 families (total of 6 adults and 6 kids ) and there was plenty of room. No one ever felt in each other's way. Everyone loved the hot tub and kids loved the foosball table. The house has an amazing view and close to multiple ski resorts- Breck, Keystone, Copper. We will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Inviting property non refundable deposit not put to use

The property is as the pics look, very well done with nice quality materials. David and his property manager Where always a phone call away and did a fine job at answering our calls. We had 3 families and thought we would have 3 cars in the garage, however unknown to us at the time of rental that one car space is totally used as storage. The next thing was one of the rooms thermostat was non functional and turned out to be a very cold room. One of our sinks was clogged and the drain stop was in the hold water state. When we tried to adjust with the pull nothing happened. Ok no biggie so I looked below and nothing was connected we could just pull the stop out and all was fixed. We all basically had a good night with comfortable furniture and plenty of dishware, except for a tea kettle. The next day we noticed the water pressure was horrible the ladies with long hair had trouble getting soap out. One of our friends just refused to wash her hair until we went to our timeshare where we could use the locker showers. The kids bunk beds where awesome. Plenty for the kids to do and the hot tub was great. My wife called for extra towels and the property manager said someone would be by and no one ever showed with towels our entire stay. We also called to let know our issues so we wouldn't get in trouble for them as when we meet the cleaners they said the last bunch left the place the worst they have seen in a very long time. So we thought maybe it was them who messed or broke these things. The other issue with the shower was in the master bath advertises a steam shower. Guess what it doesn't work. We went to cook steaks and holly crap I have stayed in many places and have never seen a grill so full of cakes on grease. After cleaning the best we could in the time we had as to not take time away from our dinner. Bad move as the grease on the underneath of the grill crates just caught on fire and did a job on our wreaked as the flames where on the meat. As we where cleaning up from dinner we tried the dishwasher and it would turn on for a min or two and shut off. Hmmm. I grew up in construction my dad who owes his own business in construction was there as well. We checked out the dishwasher and pulled out all kinds of glass beer can tabs and twist ties etc from the drain in the dishwasher. I took pictures that I later showed the representative from the property management. out of space to continue.

Sometimes you DO get more than you pay for

We found everything to be as advertised or better. David was extremely honest and easy to deal with. We easily fit our family our party of 9 adults and were 100% satisfied with the home. At $495 a night, this home is an incredible value!

Better than advertised

The Chateau Sole was better than expected, met all of our needs and truly made for an unforgettable Christmas 2014! Absolutely beautiful home, layout accommodated all 11 (6 adults and 5 children under 9) with ease! Quick to get to and was set to allow amazing views, we spent time watching horse drawn sleds giving folks rides on the golf course, as well as people ice skating. We ventured out for walks to enjoy the clean mountain air and visited with neighbors. The owner is easy to work and communicate with as well as the property manager made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to respond when we had an issue( the internet router went down and needed reset). Bring your family to this destination, you will not be disappointed!
