About Rhonda Epper

Bob and Rhonda live in a suburb of Denver, Colorado. We've been skiing, hiking, and mountain biking together since we first met 20 years ago. We have two children, and all of us enjoy the many activities Breckenridge offers year-round.

Rhonda Epper purchased this townhome in 2008

Why Rhonda Epper chose North Breckenridge

We have traveled all over Colorado, and yet always found ourselves going back to Breck time and time again. It is our favorite mountain town with it's unique, historic charm, not to mention an awesome ski mountain.

What makes this townhome unique

Highland Greens is a great location, three miles from downtown and right next to the golf course and Nordic center. With the hourly shuttle to the slopes, you don't have to carry your skis any farther than your front door. The shuttle drops you off just steps from the lift. During the summer we enjoy the biking trail across the road, and like to ride into Breckenridge for breakfast or lunch, or into Frisco and ride around lake Dillon.

Breckenridge Ski Vacation

  • 4 of 5

The house was warm and cozy. The back door to the deck needs repair. I spoke to the owner about this and a couple of small cleaning concerns and she was very receptive. She let us check-out two hours late as well! I would stay again.

Very nice house!

  • 5 of 5

Great house with plenty of room. Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of utensils, pots, pans, spices etc for cooking. We got tons of snow while in Breckenridge so the heated garage was a big plus, also the extra bonus of the streets and DRIVEWAY being cleared daily. Rhonda was wonderful to work with and very helpful. She even let us go back to the house after checking out when I70 got closed down due to avalanches. We were so thankful to have someplace to spend that day until the pass got cleared! We have rented many houses over the last 30ish years in Breckenridge and this one is great! Thank you Rhonda!

Close to downtown breckenridge & cozy townhome

  • 5 of 5

My friends and I were looking for a mini vacation in the mountains and this place was perfect! It was super close to downtown breckenridge-close to shops, restaurants and cafes, slopes and not far from some awesome hikes!! This place was perfect for the 6 of us each with our own bathroom and bedroom, full kitchen, cozy living room to hang by the fire and of course the wonderful hot tub outside on the deck!! We would totally go back-Rhonda was super accommodating and let us check in early!

Lovely Place to Stay

  • 4 of 5

This property was a perfectly spacious rental and convenient location for our party of 8. The home was beautifully decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes for all of the cooking we needed to do, but the dining room was a little dirty upon our arrival. Also, there were some piles of random (guessing unwashed) bedding throughout the home. The garage door did not open for our group any of the time we were there, but that wasn't a big deal for us. Half of the jets in the hot tub didn't work and the other half were overpowering but it was still a nice amenity to have. All in all, this property was a great place for our group. The guest book contained a lot of helpful information and the views were absolutely glorious!

Owner's Response: I am grateful for this feedback, and appreciate the positive comments and constructive criticism. My sincerest apology for the housekeeping issue. I have addressed this with the housekeeping service. It has never happened before, as you can see from my many previous reviews. Had I known about the problem, I could have had housekeeping come out the same day. It appears the battery was dead on the garage door opener, and we have fixed that problem. In general, I always encourage my guests to contact me directly and I will respond immediately to any issues. But of course, waiting to do a review on VRBO is always an option too. I always strive to provide a great experience for my guests. Sincerely, Rhonda
