Don't book with Robin

I booked a home from Robin that I was told was not available after I was charged. I wasn't able to call her right away to get my money back so she used that as an excuse to keep my money. Neither Robin or VRBO wanted to help. I ended up having to dispute through my bank. Terrible experience...
