Condo Description: 2 Bedrooms, Office, 2 Bathrooms, Living-room, open kitchen and a balcony/patio with view of Nature Preserve (Birds). Botanical Place offers a Pool-area, BBQ-area and welcoming club-house with Gym. It is located in Naples' Bayshore Arts District. It is close to the famous USOP Pickleball Courts, the Naples Botanical Garden, the walkway to Sugden Park and Lake Avalon, the Ankrolab Brewing Company, Popular Celebration Park with Tiki-Bar & Quality Food-Trucks, the MED restaurant and many other restaurants to choose from. Naples white sandy beaches are 4.4 miles away, The Mainstreet: 5th Avenue South 3.1 Miles.

RENTAL INFORMATION: The HOA rental application takes ca. 30 days. Application Fee $150, Background-check per adult $75. These fees are not included in the VRBO reservation total.

SHARED AMENITIES: The condo is part of Community Botanical Place. All shared amenities (pool,hot tub, gates, bbq, etc) are managed by the HOA and Management Company and may be subject to maintenance or closures beyond owner control. Shared amenities are not guaranteed by owners. In case there is a problem, please let us know and we will notify the Management Company/HOA and request them to solve the issue as soon as possible.

Cosy Condo centrally located

I thoroughly enjoyed spending 8 weeks at this condo. The unit was cosy and had easy access to many prime locations in the area! The landlords were very responsive anytime that I had questions! I would rent again if renter's were allowed to have pets!
