HOUSE RULES

Communication

* The primary guest must provide a valid phone number after booking for check-in coordination and any necessary communication during your stay.

* One parking pass is provided for Unit #2. This pass allows metered street parking throughout town, except:
* Ocean Terrace
* Any street ends off Ocean Terrace
* Township public parking lots
* Handicapped spaces
* Purple Heart parking spaces
* Do not park in the driveway, as it is actively used by other units.
* A $500 fee will be charged if the parking pass is not returned.

Additional vehicles:

* Free street parking is available on any 300 block in Seaside Heights (spots have no numbers)
* Metered parking throughout town (metered spots have numbers)
* Privately owned paid parking lots

Note: Parking regulations are enforced from April 1 – October 31. During the off-season, street parking is free.

* Late check-out may result in a $150 fee

The place was super clean check in and out was super early we even received a text from the host allowing us to check in early the accommodation were amazing beach chairs and beach cart the parking pass was a bonus we were so close to everything we didn’t have to drive at all we are already planning next years trip with the same host

The beach house was perfect for our family of four. It was super clean and very well prepared for guest. The quick walk to the boardwalk/beach was also a HUGE bonus! I travel frequently and with my son for sailing regattas and we anleays try to stay in a home or condo. This is by far our favorite rental that we’ve stayed in. The hosts were so communicative and helpful before our stay. The space is one of the cleanest and most comfortable I’ve seen in our travels and my son said before we left this past weekend that he couldn’t wait to return and I completely agreed with him. This place was a great find! It’s sooo close to the beach and right in the middle of the boardwalk. Super convenient for families with kids. A few things that I always appreciate are good air conditioning and nice showers and this unit checked those boxes! The air stayed nice and cool and the shower had great pressure which is good after a beach day to wash your hair. Beds were comfy and check in process was super easy, the place was clean and served its purpose. Will definitely be saving this property to stay at again!!

We had an amazing stay at Jennifer and Michael’s place! Location was perfect, just steps away from the boardwalk and beach. The unit was extremely clean, new and had everything you need! This property is exactly as pictured. It is clean and meticulously cared for while being well stocked with all the essentials plus some bonus extras. Across the street from the beach/boardwalk, this is ideal in the summer although I loved the quiet of the off season. I would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at this beach apartment! I would highly recommend. Not only was the apartment in a great location, the apartment was exactly as the pictures showed, and the owners were easy to work with. Definitely check out this awesome place !

seaside getaway

Recently renovated and very clean. Loved the coordinated decor and supplies provided for our stay. Easy and short walk to boardwalk and beach.

We had a great stay at this property! The unit was so clean, and had everything we needed plus more! Communication was great, the whole process was simple. The property owners are so kind. For our next trip this is definitely the first place I will look to book!

Great place, great location

This was a perfect place to stay with our two little ones for a last minute get away! The place was very clean and had everything we needed! Location was prefect - very very close to beach and boardwll. The hosts were very friendly, accomodating and responsive! Will definitly stay here in the futute!

Wonderful Stay!!

We were very happy with our stay! They had everything we needed and more. Parking pass, beach passes and beach chairs and towels were a huge help. Very clean, beds were very comfortable, excellent location and perfect instructions and communication. Looking forward to another visit. Thank you so much for making our stay very welcoming and pleasant.

Right by the beach

Me and my friends had such a wonderful stay here! Michael was an amazing host to us and made sure we had all we needed for our stay. The home as very clean. We had such a wonderful stay and it is just a few steps away from the beach! We would definitely stay here again!
