The home is equipped with a fire pit sitting area, corn hole, an outdoor grill, and a 65 inch flat screen TV with streaming apps. We are pet friendly (pet fee included) with a fully enclosed and spacious back yard. Come enjoy the SB coastal lifestyle at its finest!

We did enjoy our stay in this beautiful home but there were some things that the owners should address:Only two mugs were supplied (we had 6 adults), one wine glass. No dish soap, no matches or lighter to light the outside fire pit. Chair by tv had a stripped screw so unusable and unsafe. Some of the window latches were nearly impossible to open and were broken. With just a little more maintenance, this would be really great.

Sunday get away

The location was great we walked to coffee in the morning a little older than we had thought and the propane was out so we could not use the fire pit also the sink under the kitchen has some horrible odor. It was quite strong & mildewy I believe there was water leaking

Too many things to list that were really unacceptable!! We had to make the best of a terrible situation. So many things wrong with this place!! Especially communication with VRBO and management. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The house had an odd smell, like it had been a house where smokers lived. The odor was the first thing that hit us when we entered. Thus, we had to leave windows open. There wasn’t soap in one of the bathrooms, no shampoo in the other. There is peeling paint in the master bath, and a missing towel bar. Other than that it was okay

Beauriful well located neighborhood. check in email was delayed

We did not get the final check in email instructions and code until 9pm that same day as check in. The host did not message me back (two messages sent 12 hours apart) and so I had to call the number on our way to the house and speak to someone who gave me the code to get in. Otherwise the property was fine. One of the propane tanks is empty, so we moved the fireplace one to the BBQ. Despite the small email notification issue, the property is lovely, the neighborhood gorgeious and just walking distance to stores and the beach. Very Nice. Thank you

Property was initially fine, but as we explored, there was a distinct smell of mice/rats. On the second day we found droppings on the bed that my parents stayed in, which confirmed the smell. All the beds were extremely uncomfortable (springs in the back). There was a ton of very personal mail throughout drawers, which made us feel like we were almost intruding in the hosts life, yet it is a truly minimalist house, so it was a strange handful of items to find in a drawer as we were looking for amenities. We picked this place due to the price and great location, but I personally would not stay there again.

Good location, but amenities could be better

Excellent location for us, and good value, but if a bit more was spent on maintenance and amenities it would be even better. First, there was no pre-emptive email explaining the access code to get in. I was standing outside the door for 10 minutes at 10 pm with a car full of tired family members while I reached out to the property manager to send the code. I had assumed that it would be sent that day, but I was busy with work then driving 6 hours to get there. Property Manager claimed the code was supposed to be automatically sent and he was not sure what went wrong. The house was a good setup for our family and the fenced in yard was great for our two dogs. Here's what they can do better next time: improve water pressure for 2nd bathroom (I couldn't get the shower to work for lack of water flow), add towel rods and hooks in bathrooms, have beach towels, clean the fabric on the dining room table chairs or replace them, get some ice cube trays for the freezer and wine glasses, fix the outlet that the string lights are supposed to connect to and fix the cornhole boards that were falling apart. So much potential here if you just spent a few more to get it to where it could and should be.
