Juniper Cottage - Coastal Designed Cottage Near West Beach!

3 BEDROOMS | 2 BATHROOMS | 6 GUESTS

Enjoy the small and charming Santa Barbara neighborhood of West Beach. A series of bungalows and boutique hotels all within two blocks of the beach and short walks to downtown, wharf, and harbor. The Brewhouse restaurant, Neighborhood Bar, Toma Restaurant and Bar, and Amtrak station are all close by making the walkability that much better.

A gated front courtyard is surrounded by mature trees and hedges, providing ample shade and privacy for outdoor dining. Inside is an open Living and Dining Room floor plan with glass sliding doors that access the lush backyard. The Primary Bedroom is complete with an Ensuite Bathroom, large screen TV, and luxury bedding. Adjacent to the Living Room are two Guest Bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two twin-sized beds. This Paradise Retreats home also includes everything you need for a relaxing beach day.

Great location!!! We rented bikes for a few days and biked everywhere (we were able to store them in the garage) The house was perfect for my family while we were in Santa Barbara for a wedding. It had everything we needed and then some. The grounds were awesome- even a lemon tree!

Great location! We loved waking to State Street, restaurants, Funk Zone, Beaches. House is dated but clean. Beds not comfortable. Bathrooms very tight. It’s a nice spot for a weekend.

Well maintained and equipped house very close to State St, harbor, and Leadbetter Beach. Plenty of room for a family of 4 and would gladly stay at this house again on our next trip.

A great week

This house was exactly as advertised. It is in a perfect location, with easy walking access to the beach and downtown shops and restaurants. It is well furnished and provided everything we needed.

Beautiful home in great location

We had such a wonderful weekend at the Juniper Cottage! The location is perfect for walking down to the beach, to State street for shopping and to the harbor! The home is lovely, had all the items we needed and we loved the front area with the table. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrific spot!

Lovely home in West Beach area within easy walking distance of fun spots in Santa Barbara: beach, wharf, waterfront, restaurants, Funk Zone, etc. Place is very well equipped and maintained with lovely patio and deck. We made good use of both. Definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I loved the Juniper cottage for my birthday weekend! All ages enjoyed the perfect location and it was a quick walk to the train station. The kitchen was so well-stocked and so organized! We would definitely stay here again!

An amazing girls getaway!

We had a great time at Juniper cottage, it fit all six of us comfortably and the property management team was very communicative & receptive. It's located walking distance to everything, was clean and had everything we needed! Can't wait for a return trip!

Juniper Cottage stay

We loved our long weekend stay at Juniper Cottage. The place itself is very well maintained and has everything and more for an extended visit. And, it’s so quiet! Although it is merely steps to the beach, the neighborhood is residential and family friendly. We will definitely be back!

A great house for a family stay

We stayed as a family of 3 couples for 4 nights in the house and it was very comfortable. The house is very cozy, well supplied in all amenities, kitchenware, towels, etc. parking was easy as described and mythe house is within 5 minutes walking from State street and the wharf. A great house and we would definitely stay again.

Fabulous property in a great location

My two brothers and sister in law really enjoyed our stay in Santa Barbara, a first for us, and the house truly enhanced our visit with all the amenities of a great hotel. Clean, spacious with plenty of light and outdoor space.
