Featuring spacious rooms, a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and generous storage, this coastal retreat is ideal for couples and small families seeking peaceful beachfront charm with easy access to dining and attractions.
This oceanfront condo is thoughtfully designed for comfort, convenience, and the best of beach living. Located on the 12th floor, the elevated position offers sweeping ocean views while minimizing ground-level noise. Set in Myrtle Beach’s Cabana District, this residential stretch is known for its wide, uncrowded beaches and relaxed feel. With no high-rise development directly on the sand, the beach here feels open, calm, and refreshingly simple — ideal for guests who appreciate a quieter coastal experience.
Please note that a small, 25-mph street runs between the building and the beach; however, the walk to the sand is short and comparable to — or closer than — many oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach. The spacious rooms and large balcony provide plenty of space to enjoy slow mornings with coffee and sunrise views, breezy afternoon naps, and relaxed dinners al fresco. The layout comfortably accommodates up to four guests and is well suited for laid-back stays, extended beach days, and effortless downtime. We manage two other condos in this resort, perfect for families or friends traveling together who want to stay close but enjoy their own space.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The private bedroom is spacious and comfortable featuring a king-sized bed with plush duvet, lots of storage, large flatscreen TV, and a peaceful retreat feel. Linens are provided.
The living room features a queen-size sleeper sofa AND sunrise views right from bed.
LIVING ROOM
The living space features wall to wall ocean views, a queen sleeper sofa, recliner, large smart TV, and a dining table overlooking the water. The open design keeps the space bright, airy, and inviting.
KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for real cooking, not just reheating. It includes:
Refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher & microwave
Keurig and drip coffee makers (cone filters provided) and toaster
Cookware, bakeware, dishes, utensils, and storage containers
Large peninsula for meal prep or casual dining
We also provide a starter set of trash bags, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponge, and a roll of paper towels.
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, commode, and vanity. We provide a hair dryer and iron, along with a starter set of toilet paper, shampoo and soap.
BALCONY
The oversized private balcony serves as a second living space, furnished with a comfortable lounge chair on one side and a dining table on the other. It’s perfect for outdoor meals, sunrise coffee, dolphin watching, and fabulous naps.
RESORT AMENITIES
Ocean Forest Plaza offers indoor and outdoor pools, indoor hot tub, sauna and a sundeck with great ocean views. The outdoor pool is open year round; however, it is not heated. The resort also has a laundromat with coin-operated machines and a change machine.
BEACH GEAR
We provide two beach chairs guests are welcome to use.
PARKING
Complimentary onsite parking is available for one vehicle per reservation. The parking garage has a maximum clearance of 6’11”. A small open lot is available for vehicles exceeding this height or longer than 16 feet. Please note that motorcycles are not permitted per HOA regulations.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have full access to the condo (except Owner’s Closet), the private balcony, the resort's pools, hot tub, sauna and guest laundry, elevators, and sundeck. The condo uses keyless entry. Access codes are provided on arrival day once the condo has been cleaned and inspected. Main resort entrances are step-free, although interior hallways, doorways and bathrooms may not be wheelchair accessible.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Ocean Forest Plaza is located at 5523 N. Ocean Blvd. in a quiet, walker-friendly part of Myrtle Beach known as the Cabana District. This unique, historic residential stretch is known for its privately owned beachside cabanas and oceanfront walking and fitness trail, offering a more relaxed beach experience while still being a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The resort is approximately a 15-minute drive from the airport. If you’re looking for a more secluded beach experience, this is it!
Properties in this district are located across the street with the exception of the exclusive cabanas. This is what gives the beaches their undeveloped, undisturbed relaxing vibe. Kids of all ages love and appreciate it.
GETTING AROUND
While this part of Myrtle Beach is more relaxed and less commercial, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, and popular attractions are just a short drive away. Uber and Lyft are widely available, and having a car is recommended for the easiest access to dining, shopping, and sightseeing, but there are several dining and grocery options within walking distance. Complimentary on-site parking is provided for one vehicle.

I’m an outdoor enthusiast with a full house of kids, a few fur babies, and a small (okay, growing) collection of houseplants. Born and raised in Eastern North Carolina and a proud UNC graduate (Go Heels!), I’ve always loved traveling, great food, and some good ole R&R.

What started as a dream to own a place at the beach quickly turned into a passion for creating well-cared-for, thoughtfully managed vacation retreats.

After renovating and hosting our first property 9 years ago, I left my career in event marketing to focus full-time on professional property management. That experience shaped how I host: thoughtful, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
