Welcome to this charming condo in Myrtle Beach. Located on the 4th floor with stunning ocean views, this beautifully updated 2-bedroom condo is the perfect coastal retreat. Relax on your private balcony while enjoying peaceful mornings overlooking palm trees and the Atlantic. Inside, you’ll find two stylish bedrooms, a bright living area with Smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a full kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, and essentials. Guests enjoy pool, hot tubs, lazy river, and direct beach access.

Note: This is a compact one-bedroom condo with the bedroom converted from the original living room. There is no separate living room. Please note that ongoing construction nearby, including a water outfall project and an adjacent building, may result in daytime noise and partial view obstructions. Thank you for your understanding.

We just returned from our trip to Myrtle Beach, and we had a wonderful stay. The place accommodated our family very well. The room was clean, the sheets were fresh, and the view of the beach was excellent.The resort had everything we needed, including pools, a jacuzzi, and a lazy river. Parking was easy, and both check-in and check-out were simple and well organized.The host was very responsive and communicated promptly whenever we had questions or concerns.Overall, it was a great experience and a perfect place for a family vacation with kids.

We decided to come down early for our vacation booked at another hotel, and booked this room for the two days early we came down. It was wonderful, roomy, clean, and we LOVED the pool and area. We were so sad to pack up and move to the next hotel. I HIGHLY recommend booking here, especially this room. We will be booking here for our next full vacation.The host was on top of communications and checked in regularly.

We had a great stay at this studio apartment. The view was absolutely amazing and easily the highlight of the trip. While the unit is a bit dated, it was comfortable and perfectly suited for the two of us. The location is also a big plus—close to several great dining options, which made getting around and enjoying the area really convenient. Overall, a solid choice for a relaxing getaway.

Very disappointing stay. The biggest issue was the poor communication from the host. We lost power to the bathroom and went without working lights for two out of our three days. We had to shower and use the restroom in the dark.Although we eventually received a response, there were long delays between communications, and we were initially asked to troubleshoot the issue ourselves by locating and checking the breaker box, despite already having done so. By the time the host offered to have someone come inspect the issue, most of our stay had already been affected.We were on vacation and did not want to spend our limited time dealing with an unresolved maintenance issue or waiting around for someone to come to the property. While we understand that things can occasionally go wrong, the lack of timely communication and the amount of our stay affected by the problem made this experience very disappointing.Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again.

We had the best stay! Our host, Janet, made sure check-in was easy. Answered all of our questions. The condo was tastefully decorated and very clean! The ocean views were amazing and we discovered many walkable destinations! Will definitely come back the next chance we get!!

First off Janet is an amazing host! Communication was great and she stayed in check with us! The room is just as advertised! The view is great! Room was clean and plenty of room. I gave this four stars not for anything Janet can help, but the room is noisy! You could hear everything through surrounding walls and even the room above us. The noise went on till after 3:00 in the morning. But other than that, everything was great!

This unit had an awesome ocean view. Watching the morning sunrise was spectacular! I,m from the west coast so get to see the sun set but not rise very often We were a quick walk down the beach to the boardwalk and shops/activities. Had dinner at the Carolina Roadhouse and it was wonderful. Janet is a great hostess and communication was seamless

More like a “Condon’t” 0/10. This was the biggest catfish of a vacation rental I’ve ever booked. The listing advertised a fully stocked kitchen, but it was missing basic baking utensils, storage containers, dish towels, dishcloths, a drying rack, and we were left one used sponge. Guests are expected to wash and put away dishes before checkout, yet there wasn’t even a complete set of dishes, so we had to take turns eating and rewash plates. The sink was too small to fit a salad plate, there was no exhaust fan, and the refrigerator froze food in the back while barely keeping the front cold.The listing claimed it comfortably sleeps 6, but it was cramped for just 4. The rollaway bed couldn’t be used because there wasn’t enough floor space, and if you pulled down the Murphy bed, there was nowhere to move the table. There was also crane construction on both sides of the resort, and the toilet sounded like a Dementor from Harry Potter every time it flushed. The only cleaning thing for cleaning the floors was a broom that looked like it had been to Hell and back. We had dish washer pods for a nonexistent dishwasher and half a roll of paper towels that didn’t soak up anything bc they were so cheap. The only positives were no bed bugs, and my daughter and her friend still had a great time celebrating her 13th birthday. I’ve never worked harder on a vacation than I did here. I would never stay here again.

After arriving, we decided not to stay due to issues with the condo. The bed was very low, but we could have dealt with that. Both mattress covers on the king bed were stained, so I looked at the murphy bed to see if it was better, but it was disgusting. The location is not family friendly due to people in the area smoking a certain substance. We would not have been able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view due to the smoke. The bathtub was not very clean. This place has excellent reviews but I do not agree with their ratings especially for cleanliness. The condo does not seem to be well maintained. We are very disappointed with this property.

Janet was very responsive to any inquiries and corrected an issue I had the same day. The view is awesome and I loved the bedroom being oceanfront. However, there are a couple of issues with this unit. The lesser issue is that the bed is not real comfy. Two, the description says it’s a fully stocked kitchen. It is not. It has four dinner plates, three salad plates, three cereal bowls, some coffee, cups, glasses, and silverware with a few utensils for cooking and a set of pots and pans. Not really conducive for cooking a full meal. The biggest problem I had is the bathroom. It is not safe! The tub is a large Jacuzzi tub (the jets do not turn on). The tub is deep, making it hard to get in and out of to take a shower. There needs to be a handrail to hold onto. It was hard and unsafe to get in and out of, especially since I have some mobility issues. You had to hold the handle down on the toilet until it completely flushed and the toilet moves when you get up. If the safety issue is resolved, I would definitely stay again.
