Beautiful, fully stocked, family friendly 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse centrally located just minutes from the emerald green waters and white sand beaches of Miramar, Santa Rosa, and Destin Beaches, Baytowne Wharf, Grand Blvd Shops, and countless restaurants, bars, and outdoor activities. Front load washer and dryer on 2nd floor, parking for 3 which includes a one-car attached garage and two driveway spaces, smart TV’s in every room, BBQ grill and patio overlooking one of the community ponds.
