En la mejor tradición de Laurel Groves, este se destaca como uno de los mejores. La decoración exclusiva le da un aire de clase y comodidad que lo incitará a visitar una y otra vez. Esta nueva casa cuenta con techos altos en la sala de estar y puertas, pisos de piedra caliza con alfombras de diseño, una cocina personalizada con encimeras de granito, totalmente amueblada y lujosamente decorada. También se incluye para los huéspedes un sofá cama arriba con 2 camas de tamaño regular para que pueda disfrutar de la sala de estar. También tenemos una terraza amueblada con 2 juegos de mesa y sillas suficientes para que 8 puedan comer afuera y asientos adicionales para relajarse en la gran terraza. Nuestra casa incluye un televisor de pantalla grande con un DVD (1 VCR), reproductor de CD, servicio de cable, teléfono, internet inalámbrico y TV en cada habitación. Proporcionamos productos de papel, ropa de cama y algunos productos de jabón para comenzar.

El carrito de golf es una excelente manera de explorar y ver todo lo que el complejo tiene para ofrecer. ¡Puedes usar el túnel para llegar a la playa o comprar, cenar y entretenerte en Grand Boulevard o Village sin tener que subirte a tu automóvil! Perfect for our stay

Awesome!

Great location!! Ease of checking in was a plus and having the golf cart made life easy!! The only thing we would recommend is put in the notes about the kitchen that there are no spices. Maybe we have been spoiled, but our last 5-6 VRBOs at least had salt and pepper. Also, there needs to be oven mitts and grilling utensils if you advertise having a grill at the house! Overall, we were able to get a quick grocery order picked up and we enjoyed our entire stay!!! We would definitely stay there again!

Laurel Grove

Our stay was very relaxing, my family and I always stay in Sandestin but this was our time in a Laurel Grove property. Our place was conveniently located to the community pool and Baytown Wharf was a short ride on the golf cart. We are a family of five so this property offered plenty of space for the whole family. We would definitely stay in this community again.

One week stay in Laurel Grove.

Wonderful neighborhood in the Sandestin Resort. The home was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. Everything in the resort was accessible by golf cart including beach, Warf, golf courses, and nearby grocery. Would highly recommend this property and this neighborhood. Only thing was a significant discrepancy in temperature between the up stairs and down stairs.

Great house , but parking for only 1 car

House was great , parking for house was poor only allowed or 1 car in driveway and it had to be moved every time you drove the golf cart due to charging your golf cart

House and resort was beautiful. House keeping needs to clean better we found hair balls out of a brush in upstairs beds trash behind beds, they showed up a day early to clean then was sitting outside at 8am on departure day waiting on us to leave. Kids plus my wife was bitten by some kind of bugs inside the home so we ended up washing all bed linens after the first night. Upstairs stays around 85day and night there is some fans up there but no ac.

Disappointing

We paid 75 for early arrival and when we got there, our code was not set up yet. Additionally, there was white dog hair everywhere in the living space once we did get inside. The carpets didn’t even seem that they had been vacuumed.

House was nice and it was clean. You can not see the lake from sitting on the porch. You must walk down the road about 10 yards and through other houses property, so that’s a little miss leading. Our friends stayed in this neighborhood too, and their host left them spices, beach chairs and an umbrella to use. They also had access to the garage. This property does not offer this. The upstairs stays hot so we were unable to sleep up there. Good thing we only had 4 staying, it would not have worked otherwise. The golf cart was extremely slow and would only get up to 18 mph. The faucet in the master bathroom definitely needs to be replaced. It would also been nice if there would have been a Keurig. Instead it’s an old school coffee maker.

Thank you for your feedback. We do keep basic spices like salt and pepper at the property. There are some beach toys in the bin next to the patio on the side of the house. The are next to the ponds/lakes is common area in the neighborhood. We have been working on addressing the temperature upstairs during the summer. We have placed cooling fans that when placed correctly greatly help to displace the heat. We thank you for the information about the faucet and coffee maker. Those are easy fixes. Thanks!

We always enjoy our stay at SanDestin. The condo was nice and very clean. A little disappointed with the lack of a pantry or any place to put groceries for 8 people for a week No place outside to store anything either. Very little room to park. Room for one car beside the golf cart. We had to break the rule and park on the street. Eight people didn’t come in one car! Sorry to come across all negative, we did have fun but I like other homes we’ve rented in Laurel Grove better.

You can literally drive just about everywhere you need to go in the cart, including the beach, pool, donut shop, Publix grocery store, golf courses, pickle ball courts, and restaurants. You do not really need a car. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials, and the washing machine set up was convenient.

We were able to take the golf cart that is provided with the home to the grocery store, restaurants, entertainment, fairs, shopping, and the beach. All are within a 5-10 minute ride on the golf cart. Everything you could want from casual to upscale, even a movie theatre. You do not need a car. The community itself offers many very nice amenities, but we never got around to them. The home is nicer than the photo show. Having coffee outside on the porch in the mornings is wonderful. The Community was quiet and safe. Management was responsive. There isn’t much negative. The upstairs is warmer than downstairs and in the middle of the afternoon quite a bit warmer. However we were never just sitting around upstairs in the middle of the day. My son preferred sleeping up there at night. The kitchen as well appointed and we had basic necessities upon arrival.

Upstairs was incredibly hot, could not be cooled down during the day even with a fan. Upstairs was not cleaned, used face cloth in the bath tub and trash in the garbage can.

Great Get-Away Spot

This was our first family vacation to FL and we loved it. This was in large part because of the comfort and ease of the property we stayed at. We have been coming to Sandestin for over 10 years and always love staying in Laurel Grove. If there could be improvements made to the unit, we would suggest: -having throw blankets available for couch area -more porch furniture -new coffee pot. Our family of ten had a great time, perfect accommodations and slept well. This unit felt like a home vs a house if that makes sense. The Sandestin Resort/Neighborhood is top notch and everyone is very friendly. We went over to Destin one out of the five days we were there but didn’t need to as far as entertainment for the adults and kids. Sandestin resort has entertainment, food, live bands and at least a dozen restaurants at a place called The Village of Baytown Wharf. Do not pass on this beautiful property and close entertainment!!
