Trash are pick by city morning of Monday and Thursday, guest can take out trash in front at side walk after 7pm Sunday and Wednesday night.
If use jacuzzi, please be considerate of other guests after you, please keep it clean. Please dry up if enter house shoes off when inside house
Check out are 11am, there will be an extra 50 dollars per hours for any hours stay after 11am Owner not responsible for any illness or any accidents

We loved the location. The house is roomy and beautiful. It easily accommodated nine adults and 6 children. The hot tub was a great way to spend the cold evening relaxing. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean, spacious house with lots off beds

House was clean and exactly as advertised. It had plenty of beds & bedrooms. The back yard was nice to hang out in, and the hot tub was a big plus. Check-in / out was super easy. Danh was communicative and responded quickly. No complaints.

Weekend getaway

This property was amazing. Located in a very good neighborhood. The host was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed, and responded to messages quickly. My family and I enjoyed staying here. The only thing I was suggest is having more pots, pans, and oven trays to cook with. Other than that it was a complete 10/10. We loved it.
