The check in process was terrible. We arrived after long flight with noone to check us in. The person at the desk said the only person who can check guests in would be back in a few minutes. Twenty five minutes later, we finally were able to check in. The property was poorly maintained. One of our rooms had ants in the bathroom. The other room had a shower that wouldn’t drain and a light fixture that was a strobe light. The breakfast was crowded with little food. Would not recommend.
