Check in process is easy, we were given the door code well in advance. Ample parking, notes all over the trailer indicating how things operate with the owners number posted to call if help or clarification is needed. Adequate accommodations for what we need it for: king sized bed, air conditioning, and lounge space.

Low cost, easy location. Simple getaway

Just what you should expect when staying in an RV. Has all the usual amenities of an RV, in an RV fashion. Dave was very easy to get a hold of and communicated very well.

Leisure Time RV

This was a perfect fit for us to spend 2 nights in Cascade. The RV is just across the street from the river. It is not beach access, but a good spot to just watch the river go by.. The neighborhood is very quiet. The RV is well equipped. I loved the coffee bar. The bed was a little hard getting in and out of, but we figured it out! I would defintely stay again.

Perfect Relaxing Place

Perfect place to stay. Beautiful views of the Payette River. Not far from town and has the best trails for walking. Even though I bring my own supplies, they offered everything from Bed Linen, Towels to Coffee Maker and Toaster. The full Kitchen had everything you would need. We plan to revisit this Rental again. I highly recommend it for your stay in Cascade.

Great

We really enjoyed our stay. The rv park is very quiet and very clean. The trailer was really clean. People in the park were friendly. The only complaint I have is when we got there it was about as hot inside as it was outside. Our host was able to get the a/c turned right on for us but it took quite a while for it to cool off. When I have rented a place that has a/c I expect the place to be cool when I get there. That was the only issue and it was fixed right away.

Careful

Husband fell on iced over black mats in front of every door and steps severely bruising his tail bone. Get a bill for extra cleaning and a broken table with no communication. The table was cracked when we arrived. Severe moisture damage thru out the trailer.

From the moment you booked said you had one little dog but brought two large dogs and one small dog. A weeks worth of dishes left on stove and full sink. Dog hair left everywhere had to throw out all rugs. Spent extra 12 hours cleaning up behind them. Had to steam clean carpet and furniture. Then when new guest arrived two days later stayed two hours and left from the smell they left in the place. Had to fumigate for two days to get it back the way it was. Picked up lots of dog poo outside. He went outside after a snow storm at night. Walked out with slippers on holding on to three dogs. The heated Mats not turned on yet. So had some snow on them. Table was cracked down the middle, plastic ripped up on seats and scratch marks on the base.of table I was there just before they arrived no damage. Condensation comes from windows in winter this is normal on campers. Total cost from losing customer and cleaning and damage came to $1269.00 I sent plenty of correspondence two hours after you left.
