This is an entire private floor rental with two very large rooms with hardwood floors, equal to but larger than 2 hotel rooms -with kitchenette 2 queen beds, new 4K HD TVs with streaming provided high-speed Internet, a kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, fridge for each bedroom, full bath, and front entrance! (downstairs closed off from the stairwell!) Outdoor space is beautiful and areas for Guests to eat outside or have a fire in the fire pit. Our guests come for; , -Grand Park Sports! -Concerts at Rouff, White River Amphitheater, Center for Performing Arts in Carmel, Bankers Life, the Murat! -Indy 500 Race! -Butler University! -Convention Center Events!
