Newland's Resort: Cozy Channel Front Cottage #1 on Indian Lake with a boat dock

Relax in a comfortable cottage at Newland’s Resort & enjoy beautiful Indian Lake under the shade of mature trees or on the warm sunlit grounds! We are a channel front property that comes with a boat dock and have a boat ramp on site. We have campfire rings and grills. We are across the channel from Froggy's, Tilton Hilton, Acheson's, and a short boat ride from Cranberry Resort, The Donut Shop, and several beaches. We're also a short car ride to ice cream and morning specialty coffees.
The living area includes a reclining leather sofa and chair with a 50" Roku Smart TV,
Spectrum, and WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a queen and one with a full-size bed. Kitchen area includes refrigerator, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Porch area is enclosed with a dining table and futon overlooking the channel.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please take the trash out to the large trash can right outside the kitchen door or drop all trash into the dumpster upon leaving the property. The dumpster is located at the entrance/exit.
Leave the key in the door lock. Leave all bedding on the beds, Gather towels and leave on the bathroom floor.
If renting multiple cottages, please return all items to their original cottages. Please wash all dishes and put them away. Please leave things tidy.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
