Welcome to Indian Lake, OH. If you are looking to visit for a summer vacation on the lake. Or visiting for a winter excursion at Mad River Mountain. We have a cozy pet friendly home with a water view, a great outdoor area and plenty of space for your family and guests. The Waterbury Way is close to downtown Russells Point and minutes from many bars and restaurants as well as the Moundwood Boat Ramp. We are in close vicinity to Mad River Mountain, Piatt Castles, Ohio Caverns and historic downtown Bellefontaine. Whether you are looking for a weekend getaway, girls/guys trip or just looking to relax and unwind. We hope you find our place ideal for you and your guests. Thank you for choosing The Waterbury Way!

Cover cornhole boards and bags.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My name is Andrew and I am the owner of The Waterbury Way. After retiring from law enforcement, I moved to the Indian Lake area in 2021. I have renovated/owned several homes in the area and love the atmosphere. I hope you enjoy your stay with us and what the Indian Lake community has to offer.
Why they chose this property
This property is located in a quiet subdivision of Waterbury. It has a beautiful outdoor area with a water view from the front of the house. It is close to downtown Russells Point and most of the bars and restaurants. Moundwood boat ramp is within two miles. If you visit us in the winter, we are only fifteen minutes to Mad River Mountain. We are close vicinity to the historic downtown Bellefontaine, Ohio Caverns, Piatt Castles and Logan County Airport. Come see what the Indian Lake region has to offer.
What makes this property unique
The Waterbury Way can accommodate up to eight guests and has a nice outdoor area for entertaining and grilling out. Primary bedroom with a queen bed and ensuite. Bedroom two with a queen bed. And the kids will love the trundle bunk beds that has two twin beds and one full bed in the third bedroom. The kitchen and living room are an open concept which makes those family dinners and events fun and entertaining.
