Blooming Ridge Lodges is your home away from home. Welcome to our spacious and beautiful 5-bedroom house with a pool, nestled in the serene countryside of Tennessee. With ample room for big groups and families, this house is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat on 100 acres property away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and just minutes away from beautiful Cummins waterfalls or Caney Fork river where you can enjoy kayaking, fishing & more!

Situated on a large 100 acres property on a ridge surrounded by woods, a creek, and waterfalls, this property offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in a tranquil setting. You can explore the natural beauty of the area, take a hike through the woods, or simply relax and listen to the soothing sound of the creek.

We also have farm animals! Guests are welcome to visit and feed our goats and chickens. Additionally, we have three adorable dogs who love to play and interact with visitors!

One of the standout features of this house is the custom wood furniture that was made on the property using trees from the surrounding woods. This gives the property a rustic and authentic feel that is both beautiful and unique. Our home is an ideal getaway for those seeking a fun and relaxing vacation. One of the highlights of our home is the large entertainment room that features a pool table, foosball table, board games, and other entertainment options. We also have a ping pong table outside. This room is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends.

For those who love the outdoors, our home also boasts a firepit in the backyard with a scenic forest view. Guests can gather around the firepit in the evening, roast marshmallows, and take in the natural beauty that surrounds them. The backyard also has a barbecue and large outside table that guests can use to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the peaceful and serene surroundings.

Our property is conveniently located just one hour away from Nashville. You can easily take a day trip to experience the famous music scene, visit popular attractions, and enjoy the vibrant nightlife of the city. After a day of exploring, you can return to the peaceful countryside and relax in the comfort of your own private retreat. With the best of both worlds at your fingertips, our property is the perfect destination for your next getaway.

We have a very friendly and well-behaved dogs on the premises. Dakota, the dad of the other 2, freely roams as it is his job is to protect the property. We want to ensure that anyone with allergies or a fear of dogs is aware of his presence. We allow our guests to bring their dogs only if they are friendly with other dogs.

This place is SO beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice on the size. The bedrooms are enormous and amazing!!!! Comfy beds. Perfectly clean. Amazing outdoor space with bonfire and big covered table. Two living areas and huge kitchen with tons of counter space. We were so pleased!!! Wish we had more time to use the game room and explore the property!

Loved our visit the home was absolutely gorgeous and very peaceful! Probably one of the best equipped kitchens we have stayed at and the outdoors seating, fire pit and game room were an added bonus. Very spacious bedrooms - beds were a little firmer than I would have liked but my husband loved it. Would highly recommend!!!

We stayed during a weekend in August. Our family of 10 loved it! We enjoyed the pool and roasting s’mores in the fire pit. We had everything we needed to prepare meals. Having an extra oven was great! The beds were comfy and the living and dining room were a good size, we didn’t feel cramped at all. We loved the dogs on property! We ran out of propane and the hosts brought us a new tank in a timely manner. The house is in a very peaceful setting. We will be back!

Beautiful property. Quiet and comfy. Close to hiking. Cookeville is close to property with shopping and fun places to eat. A great little ice cream shop in Cookeville. It was a perfect place for our family to stay for a long weekend.

Peaceful, country vacation home

House and property were just as shown in photos and very nice. We enjoyed the patio and fire pit, pool, and loved the game room. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking . Hosts left fresh eggs from their chickens that we enjoyed! Three bedrooms on a hallway share a bathroom, and the other two bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. However, one of those bedrooms is behind the kitchen and the bath is just beyond the laundry room. That bedroom has 2 different step downs that might be difficult to maneuver at night by a child or elderly. Our only complaint is one of the beds has lethal corners sticking out from frame and all of us at one time or another hit our shins on it.

Delightful & Spacious Getaway

We loved our stay at this fresh and spacious home. We were four couples with four kids, and it was a perfect getaway for us. The pool was fun, we enjoyed the fire pit area, and there were lots of places in the house to hang out and gather, including a game room with a pool table. There are also enough rooms to get away from the hubbub a little bit. Several of the rooms had day beds in addition to the primary bed, so it's perfect for multiple families traveling together, especially with young kids. And the sectional sofa in the front living area is SO comfortable. The kitchen is also well-stocked with pans, plates, coffee maker, etc., including spices, likely from previous guests. The house felt uncluttered and had nice touches, especially all the live-edge wood pieces, made from trees felled on the property. Really the only downside is that the spring-fed water system has a hard time keeping up with multiple families wanting to shower & wash dishes, etc. But the water was great, and you could drink straight from the tap.
