• Pets must be crated when left alone in the condo
• Pets must be on a leash anytime outside
• All waste must be picked up immediately (failure to do so will result in a $75 cleaning fee)
• Pets must be on flea and tick prevention

The room was very clean and cute. The bed was comfortable. There was a clearly marked designated parking spot for our room which made it nice.
