Kite Beach Hotel vacation rentals

The perfect location to keep your eye on the kiteboarding action, especially the big deck on the 2nd floor. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor main living area and kitchen are spacious. The ground level front porch is good for watching the action and gets shade by late morning.

I don’t even know where to start! We have been to Cabarete several times now, staying at another condo, however, this has been the best stay yet! Jean-Phillipe was fantastic from the start! He sent lists of places to eat (which we had never been), people to connect with since my husband was is a kiteboarder, thing to see, and things to do! All were amazing! The condo itself was well appointed, it had everything you would need, and so the garden/pool and beach view left us not wanting to leave! We have already started planning our next vacation at this condo!

My cousin and I stayed at Palacio Atlantico November 14-21st 2016. Upon arrival we were greeted so warmly by Kathy and her husband who gave us the grand tour, welcoming us with our first of many delicious beverages during our stay! The photos of this condo do not even come close to doing it justice. The gardens are breathtaking. The home is updated and clean and beautiful. This is truly a beachfront condo, breathtaking views of the water. We fell in love with the security dogs Rambo and Capi. They will spend time with you on the deck or at the pool and we absolutely loved that. The security that works 24 hours at the condo go above and beyond and are also extremely kind. They went as far as calling a taxi for us on our first night, so we knew we had a good safe ride. The weather was not perfect during our stay, we had rain three of the days. But this did not stop us from loving our vacation. This condo is approx a 25 minute walk into the town, which we did no problem. There are motos (small motor bikes) pulling over constantly. Locals who are asking to give you rides for 1-2usd..which is cheaper than a legitimate taxi. But the savings comes with risk- we did take a handful of motos during our stay, just for the fun! Since the weather wasn't perfect...we did a lot eating! The hotel next door , Extreme Hotel..has a new restaurant La Mesa Taina..it is steps away from the condo and DELICIOUS. Happy Hour 4-7, 2 for 1 mojitos. The sushi..nachos..risotto just amazing. We ended up falling in love with The Lazy Dog at night..happy hour as well from 10-11..60 pesos for fish taco and 190 pesos for a pitcher of mixed drinks. So many great restaurants in the area. If you are a yoga enthusiast this condo is perfectly located. You can see the loft from the front deck. We took advantage of this and absolutely loved it. Yoga overlooking the water. Although the plans didn't work out..Kathy was assisting us in booking excursions for the best value, she truly went above and beyond. And when we had misplaced something outside the condo gate, I called her and she retrieved it for us no problem. You feel completely safe and taken care of knowing she's there. Ben was a pleasure to plan with. Cabarete was experiencing flooding prior to our arrival and he emailed me and kept us in the know. Which we truly appreciated. I tend to not return to a place after I have visited..but this condo and cabarete have made me promise myself I will be here again!
