The Little Farmer House has just been completely remodeled, but the peaceful views are what you'll love the most. This house is located next door to the owner's residence just east of Athens. It's a 10 -12 minute drive to I-65 and Hwy 72, 15 minute drive to Madison, and 30 minutes to Huntsville.
