About this property

OK Alley, unique historic space, centrally located

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this one-of-a-kind, unique space, central to nearly all of Enterprise! Once a former JC Penney's building built in 1910, this apartment was originally the manager's loft. OK Alley shares the alley with the OK Theatre, a historic Theatre built in 1918, that now operates as a musical performance venue/ recording studio. Its main use is as a green room and community space for all our musical performers. While many of the beautiful, historic details have been preserved, this apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a modern update and a great view!
The space
OK Alley is located right in downtown Enterprise, and is central to nearly all Enterprise locations. OK Alley's entrance is off of main street, in the alley, so please be aware that there is no front entrance from Main Street. Renovations have preserved tin ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, a delightful stairwell and loft that were once used by the manager to oversee sales. OK Alley has two levels and is very spacious. On the bottom level, there is an entry with two full baths, a full kitchen, and laundry, plus a small desk/studio and sofa bed. On the 2nd level, there are two queen beds, one that is built into the wall as a cozy cubby, the other on a loft. Please be aware that all bathrooms are on the first level, while all sleeping areas are on the second level. Since this is a back entrance with southern exposure, there is lots of natural light in the space. Upstairs you will also find a large sofa sectional, not to mentions some incredible views of the Wallowa Mountains. Great spot for morning Yoga!

This space was unique and did not disappoint! Absolutely, beautiful lighting and space. Beds were tucked into little nooks that was very different but kind of exciting too. Fully equipped kitchen that I felt bad for not cooking a meal in! 2 bathrooms with showers which is such a convenience. The amount of space was really nice. We could play games and enjoy each others company on either level of this rental. We were told we'd hear voices in the day time from the radio station next door but, we didn't. We did see vehicles and knew they were close but no disturbance at all. I loved this space and the price was right. Even with my aging body, stairs, beds, bathrooms on the main floor was not an issue for me. Thank you, for share with us. We had a lovely time and plan on returning.
