Amazing Golf Course and Mountain Views
You'll be in awe of the views while escaping to our newly remodeled nicely appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath townhome in the idyllic town of Graeagle. We are close to everything you'll want to do while enjoying your time in the Lost Sierra whether it's golfing, hiking, mountain bike riding, exploring or just relaxing. We have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.

Your host
I was born and raised in Northern California and have lived in the Placerville area for the last 23 years. My wife and I have 3 beautiful daugters and amazing son-in laws, and now 10 wonderful grandchildren! I love the great outdoors and have been coming to the area for as long as I can remember, my grandparents had built a family cabin that we would come to most summers so this was always simply a magical area and continues to be for me and my family.
Why they chose this property
Because of our connection to the area we chose to buy a getaway place in Graeagle, specifically Graeagle Meadows, and specifically on a ridgeline overlooking the beautiful Graeagle Meadows golf course.
It’s a wonderful setting that has something for everyone. You have to experience it whenever you get the chance, we know you’ll love it and also make it your “your getaway”!

What makes this property unique
Location, location, location! As mentioned we are on a bluff overlooking the golf course and mountains, so plenty of peaceful sights and sounds. Close enough to everything you may want to do, walking distance to the golf course and Graeagle Meadows restaurant, and also walking distance also to town, the tennis and pickleball courts. And a short drive to every other outdoor activity.
Our property is updated, super clean, comfortable and complete, it has everything you would want in a getaway location. Just bring yourself and any outdoor equipment you may need to enjoy your time in the mountains.
