Beautiful Mountain Retreat in Graeagle!

Enjoy a wonderful stay at this peaceful mountain retreat. Centrally located in the town of Graeagle near shops, great restaurants, breweries and wine tasting. Endless hiking, biking and off-road vehicle trails. Enjoy 5 Championship golf courses just minutes away.

This beautiful mountain home has a gourmet kitchen, nice open floor plan with a beautiful back yard and inviting deck. During the warmer months, enjoy a Gas BBQ, outdoor lights, firepit, cornhole and plenty of room to enjoy the outdoors.

The 4th bedroom is located outside & doesn't have a bathroom. Access this room by a dirt path off of the deck.

DISCLOSURE: During the winter months, depending on the amount of snow in Graeagle, the small guest house (4th bedroom) may or may not be available. We will really try to clear the snow but the path can be challenging if there is too much snow.

--Home is on a septic tank - no food or misc. down drain or toilet. --We do have a garbage service that will pick up the garbage on Wednesday's.

NOTE: We allow up to 2 dogs per stay. We have a dog run and a fenced backyard. Pets can't be left alone in the house unless they are kept in a kennel.

Most wonderful rental we have ever had in Graeagle. Lovely, quiet and safe for our Goldens. So well stocked and comfortable. Can’t ask for a nicer location to all the outdoor activities.

Wonderful home. Everything was so clean. The hosts are great about communicating with you right away. We went for a wedding and needed early check-in, they notified us when the cleaners were ready for us to check-in. They have an adorable hidden gem in a little bunk house on the property.
