​Woodford`s Reserve: Kentucky`s Bourbon & Bluegrass in the gentle beauty of Georgia`s Golden Isles. At St Simon`s Park, blocks to the beach, this nicely appointed retreat with outdoor dining, 4 bdrms, all with ensuite bathrooms & a Barrel Bistro Bunk Room, gives everyone space. The spacious kitchen/dining/HD media room is large enough for everyone. Lounge on the large private deck, cool off after soaking up the sun in the deck enclosed 9` diameter splash pool and relax in hammock chairs under a canopy of towering Live Oaks draped in Spanish moss as worries carelessly drift away with the gentle ocean breeze.

Johanna & Gil are very attentive hosts who are easily accessed via the app when needed.

Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM (it`s a friendly but quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful to the neighbors : )

Family Vacation

My family stay on the Island every January, and we really enjoyed this years visit. The location of the home was perfect, a short walk to the beach, village or pickle ball courts, even for grandparents and small children. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The home was spacious and well stocked.

Sister's Birthday Getaway

The house we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous . Spacious 5 bedrooms, along with an upstairs bonus room. All the amenities imaginable, kitchen with all modern appliances. Laundry room, 6 televisions. 2 miles from the beach. Would recommend to anyone visiting St Simon's Island.

Great Place to Stay

We had 6 adult friends in our group. We loved this home because we were able to walk to all things downtown. The home was clean and very well stocked. We had plenty of room for the 6 of us and could have easily had a few more people. This is a beautiful home, and the owners were very easy to communicate with. SSI is one of the best beach towns, clean, easy to navigate and great options for restaurants. We will be back.

A house that has everything

Had a wonderful family stay over new year holiday. The house is exceptionally equipped with every kitchen tool. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space and storage. Location was perfect, a short walk or drive to anywhere on the island. The overall stay was exactly what our family of 6 needed. Renting process easy and communication with owner was friendly, easy and with fast response. We would stay here again. Only downside was the bunk room was too short for the tall adults in our family. I will definitely look to book again.

Beautiful family home, with everything you need from craft ice or beach wagon.

My friends and I had a dinner party where we cooked Curry and played card games! We had everything needed (base plates, silverware and all items for dinner settings we brought our self’s but they did have everything we need to cook the meal) The spacious house had everything for 4 couples needed to sleep and have a very amazing sleep. Shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided in all bathrooms which was very great to have. Really enjoyed watching the sunset outside while enjoying pre-dinner snacks and drinks. The amazing bar set-up is a unique aspect of this amazing house, craft ice in the freezer, full shaker and strainer and even craft cups. Really enjoyed my evening and wish I stayed for longer!

The home sits peacefully among the towering spanish moss covered live oaks of Mallory and St. Simons parks, with tennis & pickle ball courts and a pavilion with picnic tables & grills, 4 blocks to the restaurants & shops on Ocean Blvd (Moo Cow!) and the Pier Village, two more blocks to the lighthouse, the pool at Neptune Park, fishing at the Pier, and the beautiful St. Simons white sand beaches on the Atlantic Ocean with public beach access every 2 or 3 blocks. You can walk, ride a bike or take your golf cart anywhere you'd want to go.

It's a golfer's paradise, surrounded by the islands many world class golf courses: Seaside 1.5 miles, Plantation 1.6 miles & Retreat 1.8 miles, just to name a few.

Woodford's Reserve is a quiet retreat right in the middle of all St. Simon's has to offer.
