Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key - Crescent Beach. Este complejo muy bien cuidado y se encuentra en la parte más ancha de una de las mejores playas de la Florida. Se trata de una playa privada. El condominio cuenta con hermosas vistas de palmeras, arena blanca y el agua turquesa del Golfo de México a partir de cada una de sus habitaciones, así como la sala de estar, comedor, terraza. Recientemente renovado a lo largo, su cocina cuenta con mostradores de granito, gabinetes, electrodomésticos completos, y todos los utensilios de cocina y los utensilios que pueda desear. A pocos pasos de la playa, esta unidad en la planta segunda muy cómodo es de 1300 pies cuadrados con dos dormitorios, rey y 2 dobles (con juego de conversión de rey), dos baños, 3 televisores, 2 reproductores de DVD / VCR y un sistema de música estéreo diente azul. libre lavadora y secadora en una habitación junto a la cocina.

Kid friendly resort, but still very comfortable for us retirees. Couldn't ask for a better resort experience in Siesta Key. There was plenty of beach space for everyone - not all packed in like some of the neighboring properties. We will definitely book at IH next time we're headed to Siesta Key!

Wonderful location. View of beach.

Pictures don’t do the location justice. Condo wad much nicer than expected. Direct view of beach from screened patio. Lots of space. Very clean. 2nd floor. Washer and dryer on same floor right outside condo. Property has communal Weber gas grills, shuffle board and pool (didn’t use). They also have free lounge chairs brought out to beach every day. Beach is wide with super soft white sand. Response from property manager via app was pretty slow sometimes but that’s minor. Definitely recommend property. Being that close to beach is so convenient.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. The check in was easy and the condo was even ready for our early arrival. The kitchen had everything needed including Tupperware to put our leftovers in. The property manager was quick to respond to an inquiry we had after arrival. The view from the condo was amazing and was in walking distance of several restaurants. This was our first visit to Island House in Siesta Key but will definitely not be our last!

For example if you were told upfront there were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc there for your use. Garbage bags are only available at the office? How to do check out? While our unit had an awesome view, upgraded and clean bathrooms, the living and dining areas could use a good deep cleaning.

The kitchen was very well equipped. We dined on the Lanka enjoying the beautiful views and relaxed there on two very comfortable chaises. The sunsets are beautiful and the beach is spectacular. It was a great place for a relaxing vacation. There were many good restaurants nearby. We were also able to enjoy kayaking and visiting Sarasota's Ringling museum and Selby Gardens.

Condo

The condo was immaculate; very clean, updated and roomy for 4 people. Situated right on the beach, it was very convenient and close to stores, restaurants, etc. Property manager was very friendly and accomodating. Would highly recommend this unit as a place to stay for a family visit to Siesta Key!

Our vacation was ruined at the end by the cleaning lady.

The unit and location were great until we were harassed by the cleaning lady at the end of the stay which ruined and left us with a bad taste of our vacation. We cleaned all dishes, took trash out cleaned the kitchen etc. It was 10:05 when I was taking down all the baggage when the cleaning lady started to harass us why we were still at the unit. We should be out by 10 exact. Seriously....I have traveled hundreds of times and I NEVER had any issues at any place leaving within 30min of the end time. This is a bad management style, especially when I’m paying extra for them to clean. They need to learn how to better communicate and respect their customers.
