Beautiful 120m² Biarritz apartment on the 5th and top floor (elevator), with 2 terraces including 1 of 55m² with sea and mountain views (Rhune, 3 Couronnes, Jaizkibel). Located between the Basque Coast and the beaches of Marbella and La Milady (7-minute walk), this 6-person apartment features a large living room, 3 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, 1 bath, 2 WCs.
Terrace with hammock, deckchairs and garden furniture.
Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, nespresso...).
Laundry room with washing machine.
Fiber optics.
Bedroom 1 : 15m² 1 double bed 180 with bathroom (WC, shower, bath) and covered terrace 15m². TV.
Bedroom 2: 12m², 2 beds 90 that can be placed close together, with small covered balcony.
Bedroom 3: 10m², former office converted into bedroom with 140 x 200 sofa bed.
Bed linen and towels provided.
The apartment is also a 15-minute walk from Biarritz's famous halles and city center, a 10-minute drive from the airport or train station and 5 minutes from the Ilbaritz golf course, as well as numerous beach restaurants: Blue Cargo, Plancha, Milady Beach (formerly Bounty). The "little" restaurants of the Bibi Beaurivage district are less than 10 minutes away on foot.
For aperitifs at sunset, there's the cool spot of Debololo or Etxola Bibi (formerly 100 steps).
The proximity of the beach, the town center, restaurants, buses to the train station and airport and all shops within a 10-minute walk make for a car-free stay.
For rent all year round, minimum 1 week, from €1,500 to €2,500 depending on the period.
